Brief update on life since leaving Tooele High School:
Shortly after I left school, I went to work at the Tooele
Army Depot, and retired from the depot with thirty-five years
of service.
I married Bob Peck on the 18th of June 1956, and we had two
great daughters. Bob died in February 1985. We had a fantastic
marriage of 29 1/2 years, and I know we will be together again.
I have traveled to Europe, Ireland, New Zealand, and Australia.
I have also traveled a lot in the United States.
For a period of four years, I did genealogy extraction for the
LDS church, and it was a very rewarding time. I loved every
minute of it. Several years later, I found out that I had
completed two missions for the church.
In April 1994, I had a stroke. It affected my left side, and I
walk with a brace on my left leg. But with the help of wonderful
family, I was able to recover somewhat. They all helped me and
encouraged me to do many things, like becoming an active member
of the church.
Instead of being called "Breezy", I am now called "Speedy".
