Most memorable experience at Tooele High School:
Tooele High School was fun for the most part. I enjoyed almost all of the teachers. However, some of them compared me with my older sisters, and caused problems at home. My mother wanted to know what I was doing to cause it. Fern got all A's, and Eileen didn't -- that was the problem.
I had several favorite teachers: Mr. Sutherland, Mr. John Clark, Miss Milligan, Miss Govern, Mrs. Marie Williams, Miss Joyce Wood, Mr. Halladay, Mr. Barrus, Mr. Julian Wood, and Mr. Dee Gowans. I can't forget him. He kicked both Pat Beckstead and me out of his 4th period class because we were dancing. Dancing was extended into the 4th period if 50% of the student body was dancing. But you know, I wish I could have had more teachers like him. I really learned Civics. My kids were never taught about government like we were.
And Mr. Mitchell -- we can't forget him. Remember the faculty assembly when he dressed up like a woman and showed off his legs while perched on top of the piano?
